For its second mandate with the CSST, Marketel has created an approch based on the element of surprise by offering a scenario disruptive to the usual shock advertising that the CSST has previously employed. The central theme of the campaign is based on the fact that WITHOUT TRAINING, young workers are MUCH MORE AT RISK. The campaign is executed through television, the Web and out of home.
