Marketel’s second contest for Air Canada and Just For Laughs is underway, and this time, Paris awaits!
Just For Laughs has gone from its humble beginnings as a local festival in Montreal to being an internationally acclaimed brand, hosting shows across the globe. In Marketel’s Let the Laughs Fly contest for Air Canada, the airline is sending one lucky winner and their companion on a round trip from Montreal to the beautiful city of Paris. The lucky pair will spend three nights in a four-star hotel and head out on the town to get their comedic fix at a Just For Laughs show.
For this sponsorship initiative, Marketel created brightly branded banners that are currently driving comedy lovers and travel enthusiasts from JournalMetro.com, Radio-Canada.ca and LaPresse.ca to the contest microsite at AirCanada.com/Rire, where they can register to win the deluxe grand prize. The creative concept gives the limelight to the Just For Laughs mascot, Victor. “Nothing’s funnier than seeing a chubby, short, green dude flying through the air. So we made it happen,” says Stephane Barrette, Art Director.
