These days, it’s go digital or go home. So Marketel’s Bobby Destounis has launched a Digital Review Club for Marketelers to learn, share, and brainstorm innovative ideas for our clients.
Still buzzing from the Ad Tech conference in New York City, Bobby Destounis is brimming with fresh ideas and new strategic direction for Marketel’s digital projects in 2012. In order to keep Marketelers up to speed and in the know, Bobby has launched a Digital Review Club where he showcases key presentations, engages our teams in informative discussions, and encourages brainstorming using the latest industry tools and insights. For the first session, a group of Marketelers from different teams came together to watch an inspiring and insightful presentation given at Ad Tech by Wendy Clark, Senior Vice-President of Integrated Marketing and Communications Capabilities at Coca-Cola, which is in fact the number one brand in the world (with the Coke bottle being the second most recognizable symbol in the world after the crucifix – true story!). By discussing digital initiatives from the point of view of a marketer, it provided us with a different perspective and valuable information that will inspire and guide our strategic ideas for 2012. As a result, Marketel is offering our clients one-on-one sessions to share the nitty gritty findings, and to provide ideas that are tailored to individual client needs and the successful development of their brands. We aim to help our clients innovate quickly and effectively, and leverage consumer engagement to new levels, with sharp integration being at the centre of every good plan. These Digital Review Club sessions serve as the perfect forum for learning, inspiring, sharing, and driving forward digitally
