Marketel’s Alain Tardy is doing his part to help raise funds for the National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS).
As Vice-President, Media, at Marketel and as the President of the Quebec Committee for NABS, Alain Tardy is actively involved in his industry. Over the years he has witnessed the ups and downs that have affected people in the industry. It can happen to anyone, as he explains in his video below. So it is with deep understanding and compassion that he works with NABS to lend a hand to his industry peers who may need help due to illness, injury, unemployment or financial difficulties. This holiday season, NABS has launched the Friend of NABS campaign, with the goal of raising $30,000 in donations. Although NABS has previously organized several fundraising events, this campaign marks the first time the organization is reaching out to individuals via letters of solicitation and touching testimonials. Over the coming weeks, four testimonial stories will be released in support of this capital campaign, one of which has come directly from Alain himself. By raising awareness and connecting with people on a truly human level, Alain and his partners at NABS hope to reach their goal in order to effectively help those experiencing a time of need.
