Director, Client Services
A successful team needs strong leadership to help run the show. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Services, the Director has to be a smooth operator when it comes to managing and organizing all the communications activities for three major national accounts as well as liasing with our international network. As a bonafide people-person, they will also be responsible for resource management and will work closely with the creative teams, production supervisor and project managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position
- Experience managing a team
- The ability to resolve complex client issues and offer strategic solutions
- The ability to prepare clear, concise, client-ready documents
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the final quality of client deliverables
- Ensure effective communications are carried out with a proactive approach
- Develop a trusting relationships with external clients and internal teams
- If necessary, step in to replace other team members to help carry out their responsibilities
- Always be on point as a rigorous, curious, dynamic team player
